ExamArticles terms, in the order you will meet them
Please read this before ordering. It is short on purpose. If a line is unclear, ask through your account page before you pay.

Your account
You must be an adult able to enter a contract. You are responsible for what happens under your login, so keep the details private.
One person or business per account, please. We may close accounts that break these terms or put other members at risk.
Money
You pay from your dashboard balance, which you top up there. Invoices and proforma invoices are available in the dashboard.
Adding a row to the basket costs nothing. Payment happens later. You are charged when you pay the basket, at the prices shown at that moment, and prices can change for later orders.
If a placement does not go live, tell us through your account page and we will look into it. Please include the order details.
Orders and content
Each placement carries one link to the page you name. The article is written automatically unless you give instructions or supply your own finished article, in which case you are responsible for it.
Do not order links to unlawful content, to pages that harm children, or to anything you do not own or control. We can refuse or remove an order that does.
Placements are intended to stay live and dofollow. Donor sites are independent, so we cannot control every change they make later.
What we do not promise
We do not guarantee any ranking, traffic or sale. Search engines decide how to treat links, and their rules change.
Our listings of donor data come from our own crawler and our own index, which are refreshed periodically and may lag behind reality.
Publishers
If you sell links on your own site, you set the price and approve each placement. Payouts are weekly. You must not accept content that is unlawful, misleading or unsafe for the audience of your site.
Acceptable use
Use the service honestly. Do not attempt to break into other accounts, scrape the list at a rate that harms it, or resell access without asking us.
Do not use the marketplace to promote content aimed at harming or exploiting children. We may remove such orders without notice and close the account.
If you believe a placement breaks these rules, tell us through your account page. We will look at it.
Liability and changes
We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost sales or ranking changes. The service is offered as it is, and results from links vary.
We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version, and continuing to use the service means you accept it.
