How ExamArticles handles your data

This notice is written for adults who run study sites. Our service is not meant for children, and we do not knowingly collect their details.

ExamArticles editorial team ·

Who to ask

The operator is ExamArticles. For any question about this notice, use your account page. Keep it short.

If you want a copy of what we hold about you, or want it corrected or deleted, send the request through your account page and say plainly what you need. Some records, such as invoices for paid orders, may have to stay in place even after a request.

What we collect

Account data: your email address and the sign-in details you choose, and the name of your site if you give it. Order data: the pages you link to, the rows you pick and the status of each placement.

Payment data: your dashboard balance and invoices. We do not need your full card number on this site's own pages, and we never ask for a password by email.

Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed and time. We use it to keep the service running, to spot abuse and to count visits.

Messages: whatever you send us through your account. We keep it so follow-up questions make sense.

Why we use it

To run your account, deliver orders, send receipts, answer your requests and protect the marketplace from fraud. We do not sell your data.

If you are a publisher, we also use your site details to list it and pay you weekly. Placements you approve are public by nature, since a link on the open web can be seen by anyone.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in. They also remember basic settings. You can block cookies in your browser, though some account features will then stop working.

Sharing and storage

We share data with service providers who help us run hosting, email and payments, only as needed for that job. We may disclose data if we are legally obliged to do so.

We keep account data while the account is open, and some order and invoice records may remain afterwards for accounting and dispute purposes. Server logs are separate.

Data may be processed in several countries. We take reasonable steps to protect it, but no online service can promise perfect security.

Changes

If we change this notice in a meaningful way, we will change the date above and, for members, send an email. Continued use after that means you accept the new text.
